Yes Bimbola, I agree- inexcusable. and even more so that from what you are saying the registration is still not complete. This is precisely what we are trying to correct. And yes, until we handle "the people", the process is doomed to failure. Suffice it to say some folks are going to be very unhappy in here today.

Inexcusable! That&#39;s the thing I hate about Salone, they try and grind you down slowly. If you can handle &#39;de up an dong&#39; fine; if not, you get frustrated and give up. I must say most people do the latter.<br /><br />Patience is a virtue should be the new motto.

I sense your frustrations and I have no doubt that the process would have been much faster if you bribe them. Unfortunately this how things are in Sierra Leone currently –I visited last summer and my experiences trying to collect my car from the port was beyond explanation.
